Yes โ we are FDA plant number 34611. Our facility operates in full compliance with FDA food facility registration requirements.
Yes โ we are registration number 7812 with the Indiana Department of Health.
We are not USDA Organic Certified, but we can manufacture organic products and label them as organic โ without the USDA seal. If organic sourcing is important to your brand, we can accommodate that through your ingredient specifications.
Yes โ we are a union shop, Local 707.
Our insurance covers food liability.
All customers must sign an NDA. Your recipes and formulations are completely confidential โ protecting your intellectual property is a cornerstone of how we operate.
R&D charges depend on the product and whether we are creating something from scratch or scaling an existing recipe. We'll discuss costs after reviewing your recipe and project scope.
Pricing is given per project once we review your recipes. We are not the cheapest option โ and that's intentional. We run small batches up to 40 gallons and are hands-on to stay true to your recipe. Most plants require 100+ gallons per product; we keep it tight so your product isn't compromised.
Payment is due when the order is picked up.
We use raw ingredients that the customer specifies. Your recipe, your ingredients โ we source and use exactly what you call for.
Yes โ all customers are welcome to be present during the cooking process. We believe in full transparency and encourage you to be on-site.
Yes โ you are welcome to take photos and videos during your visit. Great content for your brand story!
Yes โ we maintain a full production file on all batches for the FDA. Traceability and record-keeping are built into our process.
We can assist with the nutrition label if it is a product we have produced before. For new or custom formulations, the customer is responsible for creating the nutrition label.
Labels are to be provided by customers. You bring your finished label artwork and we'll apply them to your product.
Shelf life on most products is 2 years. Specific shelf life may vary depending on the product formulation and packaging.
We do not have sales leads or distribution connections to open doors for you. Our focus is manufacturing excellence โ your go-to-market strategy is yours to drive.
